I'm a professional singer and voice and singing teacher myself and so I try to supplement and build my skills constantly. I'm also able to get professional recommendations to different singing teachers that aren't really available to normal people looking for a singing teacher. I am here to tell you that Felix is maybe one of the finest voice teachers you could get, regardless of price, just about anywhere in the world. As far as New York City, and midtown Manhattan where the competition is fierce, Felix is one of the top singing teachers in the area (Although Felix also teaches out of Jackson Heights Queens).

I've taken singing lessons and gotten vocal coaching from Felix off and on for several years and the voice technique I've gotten has been astounding.

The vocal lessons studio is super easily accessible to midtown Manhattan, Upper West Side, Upper East Side, Hells' Kitchen, etc. In other words, all the places I typically am coming from as a performer.

Felix is so nerdy about voice. I mean, any tiny little thing you wonder about? Felix has already spent like a bazillion hours researching it. When I come for lessons, I see a lot of people with some pretty severe vocal disorders and problems coming and going. Like if you were going to see someone for a vocal nodule, node or polyp and needed to work with a voice rehab specialist, Felix would be a good choice for that. And the information I got on transgender voice was really great. I had a client in who was doing trans-gender voice and Felix was so so soo informed on that issue. It's hard to find someone with this much technical knowledge and almost never packaged with someone who cares this much about people.

You should seriously hear some of the voices I hear coming out of the studio before and after my voice lessons. Musical theatre, opera, classical, and even the popular genres - I hear it all there.

If you have a voice that you are having a really hard time with and have tried a bunch voice coaches and vocal teachers, you might check out this studio because Felix never gives up and seems to really love challenges. Which, not all voice teachers are this level of awesome. You could potentially study vocal technique with Felix for years and never exhaust their knowledge.

I dunno how I can recommend Felix any higher - definitely check out their studio. The pricing is ridiculously reasonable, too. I honestly can't recommend Felix highly enough.
